- Staff · March 24, 2021The depression in the yard is on private property. I spoke with the homeowner (Lynette Wilkins) and suggested for her to call a plumber to investigate the private issue. I also suggested for her to have a c/ installed to provide the city a access point in the event further investigation was necessary. If so to call BASE1 at (804) 646-4646 to create a request to our unstop van. No city related issues @this time, closing this request...
