- Staff · March 7, 2021D. Rivers spoke with citizen Ms. Soloe on 3/7/2021: Advised that request has been submitted in error. Ms. Soloe stated she did not see any request type for water meter leak. Citizen informed that she does not need to submit another request. DPU Storm Water Personnel contact DPU Dispatched Customer Service by phone on 3/7/2021 and advised the agent of water meter leak at this location. Email sent as well. Citizen advised another leak is at 110 Crenshaw but not sure of address. DPU Dispatched ask to please check 100 Block of Crenshaw. Request closed to DPU Storm Water Utility Division.
