Description
The alley behind odd numbered houses on 3200 block of Decatur St is higher than the backyards. When it rains all of the run off from the alley runs into all of the backyards, creating a muddy and stinky health hazard. Alley drainage is needed

No Storm Water assess in the rear of theproperty / alley for DPU to maintain or improve the drainage. Request forwarded to DPW for assessment / correction.
