Ditch in front of caller's residence failing to drain, ongoing issues with erosion causing ditch to need re-digging & ongoing issues with other ditches in neighborhood being clogged with garbage/vegetation (Croatan, Evans Way)

    citizen called again about the ditch needs to be derigged storm drain clogged up water standing she wants this problem escalated she is very upset she report in march 15, needs DPU to come out to do something ASAP.
