We've been told there is a storm drain behind our home in our neighbor's yard that is causing flooding in our yard, their yard, and beyond.

- Staff · March 3, 2021investigation into this request found an area in the rear of the property holding water due to a low spot. there is an utility easement in the rear of the property, however there is no drainage easement at this location. further investigation determined the neighbors yard is also holding water due to the unusual amount of rainfall that we have been experiencing. No work by Storm Water Group is required at this location and this request will be closed.
