Please someone come to 3301 Patterson Ave to fix this. Water is leaking into my basement. I need someone to fix this standing water issue ASAP. It’s on Tilden near me fence in the backyard.

Crew asses the location and conclude that basin was overwhelm with root could not be service by the crew to get the correct water flow at the basin. The will be assess by Field supervisor and Field Manager to see what other sources could be used to get proper water flow at the location.
