Description

Metal plate with entrance into the building plate is with hole in the sidewalk. The hole has caused standing water when it rain which casus the building to flood. Half way down the block from Decatur and Hull Street. Please call before coming to meet with citizen to give an better idea of the problem. Metal is there and water still seeps into the building which cause flooding into the building
