Description
Since we’ve moved into this house three years ago, we have spent thousands of dollars pumping water and mitigating sever standing water issues due to a raised city maintained alley that forces water from the alley into our shed, parking area and driveway. My husband is a stormwater specialist, formerly with the VA department of environmental quality until 2020. This issue continues to persist and gets worse as the years, and unprofessional build up of our alley progress. (Most recent alley gravel dump was two weeks ago.) This issue needs to be addressed. Please send someone in stormwater engineering to assess.
