Description
I do not have a public manhole issue. I wanted to get my water turned off by a maintenance person to change out washers on my outside faucets. He was unable to turn the water off. Could you please have someone check the top of my personal water turn off top. It is in my front yard. I asked for this option because there is no other option in your system for my request. I do NOT want my water shut off, please just check and make sure the top is not broken. Thank you!
