- Staff · March 10, 2021M DPU Storm Water have no assets in the associated alleyway for the management of stormwater. SW is managed by the structural maintenance of grading and gravel maintenance. This complaint warrants review andcorrection by DPW. This request is being closed and new complaint will be opened to DPW if there is not one existing related to the same issue and concerns for alley maintenance.
