Description
Water seeping from underneath the asphalt. Constant water at the entrance to the parking lot at 7-Eleven. Pot hole continues to get larger. Please have this fixed.

An attempt was made to contact the citizen at the given number however an answering machine stated the number was no longer in service. This request shall be closed and transferred to RVAONE Water Dept.
