Description
Someone from the CW and sons paving and hauling showed up this morning with a dump truck and unlawful detained me by blocking my driveway so that I was unable to leave my own property when I asked them to move they told me to go fuck myself and that they were not moving anything unless a supervisor allowed it. I contacted the police to have them arrested for unlawful detaining me and blocking my private property and driveway so that I could not leave to go to work. The police said that they could not do anything because they had moved but I have them on camera blocking my driveway for 45 minutes and they only moved when I told them the police were coming and I wanted to press charges for them blocking my movements and holding me hostage from leaving my property. I can not believe my tax dollars are spent so someone can prevent me from leaving my driveway and then tell me to go fuck myself when I ask them to move. I am going to contact an attorney and see if I can file civil charges this is outrageous. The city and the gas company truck showed up and tried to say the city was involved and I was never notified that my movements would be prohibited today by any state police or local police and I would like an explanation and an apology for the conduct this morning. I wish I had the audio and I would post it to the internet they city of Richmond should be ashamed of themselves for this morning.
