Storm drain is blocked behind 5115 Salem St (drain is on Nelson St, next to the alley. It has been this way for years despite repeated requests to clear it.

    inspected and completed on 3/23/2021....Per Lockett, DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision were assigned to this location, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Serviced, inspected and cleaned 7 inlet of trash, roots and mud. Also tickets: 405343, 425451, 437861
