Description

There is a streetlight in the alley behind 3213 Floyd Avenue - in the Floyd - Ellwood Alley - that is very bright an shines in our 2nd Floor windows and makes it difficult to sleep. Can a shade be attached on the street light to direct the light down so it does not come into our upstairs windows? Thanks.
