completed on 5/11/2021....per Lockett that DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision were assigned to this location, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basin withhigh pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Inspected, cleaned and serviced 4 inlets of trash, debris and roots.
