Description
The street light in front of our house was changed and is preventing us from sleeping at night as it glares in & through every blind & shade in the front and sides of our home. Our quality of life here in the city of Richmond has been severely compromised. PLEASE can we have that street light turned off ? There are plenty of other lights in the neighborhood. This one is not needed and is totally disrupting our lives. The pole # is G2201 W033. We can't sleep! PLEASE HELP!!
