i reported this earlier it was closed i assume someone looked at wrong light. this light is coming off cumberland going to downtown expressway.. light is dead

    Not City of Richmond maintained pole. VDOT pole. City of Richmond Poles are the wood poles, this is a pole for the DT Expressway.
