  This location has been received and dispatched to supervisor for investigation. Please allow 15 days for investigation to be completed. Supervisor will contact customer once investigation is completed

  Mr. Johnson is calling in to file a complaint because the storm drains we fixed but they stop at the easement of his property. The water is flowing down to the easement and is causing erosion. MR Johnson would like to have rocks place from the east down to reservoir. The i City employee supervisor told citizen he needs rocks but they were able to place due to it was on private property. He would have to call city for file complaint to get the rocks placed.

  M The recently completed project corrected impairments in the right of way. The areas disturbed have been stabilized, no additional work is warranted. This request for more rock is unwarranted and not feasible for placement due to the backslopes being to vertical and primarily this area of the stream/ ditch being private property. No additional work by DPU is warranted here, this request shall be closed.
