- Staff · June 26, 2021I spoke to Ms. Taylor and explained that the rocks that was put in to the ditch was blocking the water flow on the outlet side of the driveway culvert and needs to be removed and water was holding and draining slow. I was told the rocks will be removed at a later time. I informed Ms. Taylor that this ticket would be closed because this issue is not a storm water issue and that she could call back when the rocks are removed if there is a problem.
