- Staff · January 11, 2021Investigation found no infrastructure for the City of Richmond to maintain. There are no ditches or inlet structures causing this flooding. There is no maintenance solution to these problems that are neighborhood wide. This community of Greens Acres has been recommended for a Capital Improvement Project for street nd roadway improvements. Improvements include street widening, curb and gutters and storm water infrastructure.
