- System · February 17, 2021Comments from initial request 1/18/20- DPU000008070 This request was investigated and was determined to be a leak on the water meter. I notified James Powell in Dispatch of the issue. At this time no work by Storm Water Crews is needed and this request will be closed. Citizen state no investigation was done, someone came out on 1/18/20, did not get out the truck. Citizen would like to know since the request was closed by the Storm Water Crew how will the issue be resolved?
