Location is in the alley. If facing Seddon Road, it is near the street lamp/fence of the fenced driveway. You can't see the drain currently due to debris and continues to flood the backyard which is causing property damage.

    investigation into this request found no drainage structure to maintain, however it appears to be a small pipe that was placed behind the property to possibly drain the area behind the home. This location will be revisited later once the water has drained.

    Lockett 2 of 4 basins need to be services all were inspected, found leaves and sediment in the basin. Yet the alleyway has no Stormwater Assets. The location is gravel alleyway which was reason redo issight height the grade of the yard at 1918 Seddon Rd and there is a drained pipe that run from the back yard which may or not be actived could be a private property issue. This location was assess by Field Supertetient T. Hiite in the 8/2020 Mr. Hitetalk to the renter of the property. And told them it was not a StormWater issue as the there is not StormWater asset in the AlleyWay It maybe a Road maintained issue CW # 424510 / RVA 311 CRMDPU000009965

    M assessed 5/18/2021 per Lockett...DPU Stormwater contractors PipeVision were assigned to this location, crew cleaned location with high water and vacuum truck. Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum.
