Description

A streetlamp in the alley behind 1128 Catherine street was recently moved from a decommissioned utility pole to a newly installed pole on my side of the alley. This light shines directly into my backyard and also produces a loud buzzing noise that is undesirable and I would like the lamp either moved or taken down completely.
