Citizen states that the storm drain is clogged with sand; it creates a large puddle of water when it rains; it is on the Fairfield Ave side

Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Broken Lateral pipe will transfer to Storm Water Pipe maintained Supervisor.
