Description

Since July, I have placed 4 requests for the same repair and nothing has been done. Orders DPU000009853, DPU0000099 & DPU000011162 have been incorrectly marked as completed & DPW000064069 has been assigned without any action. The gas valve cover on Malvern (facing north) near Monument rattles loudly every time a car drives over it and is very disruptive at night. Please repair ASAP...thank you !
