Description

On West 32nd st. between New Kent and Chesterfield, the storm water pipe is discharging towards Forest Hill park and over time the 12" Non-reinforced concrete pipe has caused the shoulder slope to erode away. The Erosion is on the Park side and is roughly 4-6' from the edge of pavement. The depth of the cavity is 12-18' deep. Unsure if the pipe is damaged or has open joints causing the erosion. Please investigate as this is a safety concern that is approaching the roadway. Thank you. -
