Description

Drainage pipes were placed last year but now the ground is sinking in and there's holes along side the drainage pipe. Caller states the drain pipe runs from June Dr to Vivadale. Caller states no one came out when he called before about this concern.

    This issue is hole developing around an installed pipe possibly developing due to inadequate compaction at the time of installation or breeches in the pipe. The citizen states in the comments the pipe wasinstalled approximately a year ago. I am changing the "Problem Description Code".

    This location has 3 areas from June Drive up to Vivadale that needs to be filled in with topsoil and Monitored to see if they return. This maybe due to poor compaction on the contractors part when the pipeswere installed. This location will be given to supervisor for work scheduling
