MS BREWER STATES THAT ON THE INTERSECTION OF PLAYN AND DECATUR ST THERE IS ALOT OF FLOODING IN THE DITCH AREA AND SOME ONE NEEDS TO COME AND FIX THE DITCH BY PUTTING A MEDAL CORRIGATE IN TO KEEP IT FROM BEING A ONGOING PROBLEM. THIRD REQUEST MADE.
