Checking on request. States that is unable to cross the road when it rains. and its this is a issue for everybody and needs help with getting this issue resolved. Please reach back out with info asap.

*Esculated to Sup...Caller states there's a concern that hasn't been resolved in reference to the stormwater concern of water that doesn't drain but collects in front of the store, street, and parking lot water stands a few days after it rains. This is a matter that he called about at least 4 months ago but to date no one has resolved this major concern.

Supervisor Call Back: Left Message. Please advise this is not a DPU issue. This is a private property issue. Please refer to PDR000007783. DPU investigated & There are no drains clogged and no infrastructure present to connect too for this to be a DPU issue

Caller is calling back confused and frustrated and requesting to be helped to get this matter resolved; caller states a lot of water stands in the parking lot and Azalea St and the problem still exist he states 411 has marked the street now for the drain and has referred him to call back to the COR because it's the COR that has to put in the drain; caller is requesting to be called at tele. #-804-508-5703 because he needs to be advised by the DPU. (emailed Sup again for asst.)
