Description
There's a cave in at the alley between Grace and Broad. The concern is that cars can't see it at night. The concern is in the alley it's behind the Chicken Fiesta and the Old Arby's a cone was placed but now the cone has been swallowed; caller states the area needs to be roped off. The hole is about 3 ft deep and the stones and clay has given away.
