Water has pooled behind and on the side of 6231 & 6221 Warwick Rd. Water stands for days, sometimes weeks, after it rains. It also overflows and goes onto the back of the surrounding properties behind 6231 Warwick Rd. on Binns Ave. and Holdcroft Dr.
