Description
Stone curbing broken by maintenance equipment when clearing the hill on N. 23rd Street on the west side of Bellevue Elementary School (100 block between E Franklin and E Grace Streets). This arched granite curb has now broken fully and is partially in the road causing a dangerous hazard on this narrow cobbled street. Also, the drain is now partially blocked so it it not functioning as it should. Two years ago the City Field Engineer added a note stating that this would be repaired within twelve months. This needs to be repaired now. Two years is too long to wait for such a repair. This drain was not repaired or replaced despite the comment stating it would be "repaired within 12 months". It is now fully broken and presents a hazard to cars as well as blocking the drain. The original request was placed almost three years ago. Please fix this drain.
