Description
The storm drain is not flowing and mine and my neighbors’ yards are beginning to flood. My basement is taking in water because of this.

- Staff · December 15, 2020M What appears to be a storm inlet in front of this address is not but rather some other access cast. GIS shows nothing at the location. This is not a storm water issue.
- Staff · December 15, 2020M After speasking with Mr. joseph on the phone I was able to identify the cause of the flooding in his backyard and basement. The alley's contour is trapping the storm water in his and his neighbor's backyard(s) and furthermore seeping into his basement. I have instructed Mr. Joseph to call in his query again to CW and thoroughly explain the ALLEY ISSUE putting emphasis on the basement flooding.
