M What appears to be a storm inlet in front of this address is not but rather some other access cast. GIS shows nothing at the location. This is not a storm water issue.

M After speasking with Mr. joseph on the phone I was able to identify the cause of the flooding in his backyard and basement. The alley's contour is trapping the storm water in his and his neighbor's backyard(s) and furthermore seeping into his basement. I have instructed Mr. Joseph to call in his query again to CW and thoroughly explain the ALLEY ISSUE putting emphasis on the basement flooding.
