Description
In the alley behind the houses of 4310 to 4318 Hanover there has been LOTS of standing water in the alley for about two weeks. It has been there whether it has rained or not. It appears to be coming from underground behind 4316 Hanover. The source of the water has been identified as the water meter and I believe has been fixed. Now we will need new gravel and regrading to fix the eroded sections in the alley. There was some work done to/around the water underground water meter behind the house at 4319 Stuart which appears to have slowed the flow of water, but has not stopped it. There is still water in the alley every day regardless of whether it is raining or not. In addition, the alley is a muddy mess and the gravel has sunk into the dirt. We need the water leak stopped and then the alley to be regraded and re-graveled.
