Description
Citizen is a manager of an apartment building at 3505 Chamberlayne aveneue and he stated that the storm drain is clogged and there is always a standing water in the South side parking lot.

Crew cleaned sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Large concrete slab at bottom of inlet. unable to remove...this was lower than outflow pipes. Inspected 1, cleaned 3 and serviced 4 inlets
