Description

Major road erosion caused by storm water runoff where Kenmore Road passes over Rattlesnake Creek. Both embankments are damaged. One side of roadway is eroded so far that underground pipe system is exposed. Roadway poses significant safety risk to vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
