Inlets not completely cleaned per request DPU000011466. This is NOT a duplicate request, basins need additional cleaning. See Attached file.

Also the North East basin on Clay St is damaged Basin RepairSupervisor has been notify about this location and has already schedule it for repair. This location is a construction phase around the basins that need service will have to follow up at a later date for repair and clean the inlets at the needed basins.
