Description

Water meter overflowing, i called city of richmond on the 3rd answered by a grumpy woman. I dont think she tagged it on here. Water meter is on the sidewater it stays wet in that spot and drains into the road even on dry days. I think my neighbor would be happy if they wasnt overly charged for something beyond their control
