    Caller states she needs to speak to a manager of the Engineer Manager in reference to DPU11857; caller states this is a major safety issue that isn't being handled. (escalated call to Sup. for asst.)

    This request was looked at on 12/9/2020, there was a hole in the edge of the driveway, and the hole was filled in and made safe and barrels were put out. The 24 inch driveway culvert needs to be replaced because the bottom is eroding, the hole was coming from the tree root that’s on the edge of the driveway. The work will be done within 60 days.
