Can be reached until 1:30 at tele.#- Large parking lot ..Dominion advised them that the lights are COR...all of the lights are off and not working a night leaving the whole area dark...contractor advised that circuits are opened from COR side so either the lights are turned off or there's a transmission problem. The business address-604 N Sheppard St.

- Staff · November 20, 2020City of Richmond does not maintain lights on private property. Parking lot lights are private property. What you have are Private Watch lights not Streetlights. You will have to contact Dominion with an account number as the owner of the lights and request the lights to be repaired.
