DPW - storm is very large and a child could fall in if chasing a ball or some other object; requesting to adjust or place fence over over it; also in the same area there was construction and it is complete, the large signs are still there and if heavy wind comes it could damage cars; signs are on intersection of Roberts/Barton/Lamb
