Description

There are three street lights in the alley that runs parallel to N23rd street between E Marshall Street and E Clay. All three have been out since 11/12/2020. The pole/light number referenced above is for the southernmost light [the one closest to E Marshall]. I marked the map, it's behind 2314 E Marshall Street.

Also rear 415 N. 23rd St. repaired broken neutral, this was done by KJ/DJ on 11/16/20. Rear 421 N. 23rd St changed BAD 150/240 on lamp #28918. This was done by RD/JF/RR on 11/17/20.
