- System · December 21, 2020Citizen moved the dirt/mud from the ditch in the process of waiting for the COR to access the standing water; the dirt was put in his trash can and he was informed by the trash collectors they could not lift the can nor does the COR move dirt; the citizen states he will remove the dirt/mud from the trash can and put in in the alley on 1800 Blacker Street between 4623 Radford on the back corner.
