Description

The water pipe cover in front of the house, located between the side walk and street, is cracked. When my neighbor got out of his vehicle and stepped on the cover it collapsed under his foot and he fell into the pipe up to his knee. This is DANGEROUS! Please make this repair a priority!! I’m going to cover it with something to avoid anyone (or any pet) hurting themselves until a repair can be made. Thank you!
