there were to be two street lights placed on their street...the poles and cables were placed but nothing since. Caller states the block captain received an email or letter that the job has been completed but it's not. The name was Frances Moses for her to contact...the block captain is no longer with their area. The other street light is to be placed 3 houses down on the right.
