Description

NorthEast corner of Sauer & Grace streets (storm drain is on Sauer on the side of 4230 West Grace Street property) has collapsed storm drain due to large Elm Tree root ball overtaking the entire drain. Solid mass of organic matter prohibits proper drainage. We as home owners diligently clear out leaves and debris but this problem was years in the making. Is causing sewer backups in homes "upstream" from the clog/collapse.
