Description

In the alley behind my house, there is a string of light poles that extend the length of the block that are either off or extremely dim. I feel unsafe being back there when I make trips to take trash out, see my girlfriend, or when I'm getting in/out of my car. It is pitch black and the visibility is basically zero.
