Description

Following up on request DPU000005349 about a damaged streetlight. Streetlight was damaged and completely removed over 3 years ago now. Submitted 311 request for replacement in May of 2019. The pad with exposed wires still remains in place and no replacement has been put in. In the meantime, another streetlight on the same block was also knocked over and removed at 118 S Arthur Ashe (DPU000010645) and has not been replaced. The block is now very poorly lit at night and is a safety hazard.

There is no ETA on pole replacements. A cone will be placed over the exposed wires to make safe. For questions please contact Superintendent Tracy Wright 804-646-8565.
