The drainage ditch is clogged to the point that when it rains it causes pooling/flooding at the front of the property as well as other ditches of neighbors.

The citizen Margaret Roszel was the previous owner of the property, but the new owner of the property is Shannon Smith Gonzalez -315-608-1192, please contact the citizen before the project gets started. Since the original SR on October 28. 2020 flooding over the road and the driveway as a result it backs up in the neighbor ditches also.
