Description

Repair (DPU000011188) was completed and closed out but street light is still not working. The light came on for 1-2 nights but now light does not come on at all. The street light is located at the very end of Windsor Way near the field where Windsor Way and Oxford Road intersect. Thank you, Rick Schofield, resident state 109 Windsor Way, Richmond, VA 23221
